We booked this house for a staycation with our family including our pup and children and we could not have been happier with it! First of all, Tim was extremely friendly and responsive right away. He was there for our every need including questions about the home before and during our stay. The home itself is GORGEOUS. It was sparkling clean and the decor makes you feel like you are living in luxury. The bathrooms were stocked with EVERYTHING you could possible need - lotions, soaps, shave kits, you name it — more amenities than a hotel would offer! The Sonos speaker system made it easy to set a vibe throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed to cook for 10, and the knives were ACTUALLY sharp which is a huge plus in a rental home. The home is filled with games and things to do in the family room and the garage has foosball, ping pong, and darts! And the pool and patio were absolutely perfect on a hot day. We had an amazing stay at this Lakefront Guesthouse! the location was perfect, we could easily walk down to the water and had plenty of space to ourselves to let the dogs run and play. the views of the sunrise from Tim’s home were magical. it was also a quick drive from the Guesthouse to Inks Lake to check out more fishing spots. hoping for more water next time we visit, but absolutely no complaints with our stay and thank you Tim for being a responsive and helpful host! Wonderful accommodations for our large family of 7. We needed something close to the beach, with ample room to spread out. Our older two kids enjoyed spreading out in the back house, so they could have quiet space to do homework but be close enough to snacks. We felt safe with them nearby. Plenty of beds and kitchen utensils for a long term stay. Too bad ours was short. Terrific spot for our Kansas kids’ first taste of the ocean! Will recommend!
