The master bedroom’s downstairs en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and double vanity, while the downstairs guest bedroom’s en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and single vanity. There is one additional bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower that is accessible from inside the home and outside. The upstairs bathroom, which is shared between the bunk room and the upstairs guest bedroom, is a shower and tub combo with a double vanity. We provide freshly laundered towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the basics, you'll find:

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night. We would be happy to charge the card on file, those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays the day before your stay.  We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained 🙂 You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you!

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 10 standard and 10 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy. The adult responsible for rental agreements must be 21+. Bedrooms are limited to 2 adults per room plus 2 additional guests with a max of 10 guests.
