With beach entry to the lake, a grand palapa on the property for entertaining, and water toys including kayaks and stand up paddleboards, this waterfront lakehouse welcomes you and your crew for good times on and off the lake.
Due to fluctuating water levels, sometimes this home offers lakefront access but not always. Currently, lake levels are low, and guests can expect a 10 minute walk to access the lake.
Stocked with thoughtful extras and premium upgrades to give you a 5-star stay, this lakefront home is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, remote workstays, and special occasion gatherings. You can rest assured we’ve put in place extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Look no more. You’ve found the perfect rental! Located on Lake Buchanan in a country setting approximately 1.5 hours northwest of Austin Bergstrom Airport (driving times can vary depending on traffic/routes taken), this well-appointed home with its fully equipped kitchen has practically everything you need for a relaxing vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night + any applicable taxes. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained 🙂 You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. There is not a fenced yard on this property, and your pets must not go on neighboring properties. Thank you!
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 12 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

- The water level is still very low at Lake Buchanan. It does not currently come up to the property, and the pier is on dry land. Guests can expect a 5-10 minute walk to the water.
- Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
-Enjoy rural Texas Hill Country in this small community on the lake. Llano County Park and Public Boat Ramp is 2.4 miles from the home, and Hooks Bar, a popular local bar, is a 4 minute drive from the property.
