We create a custom plan to maintain your property at the highest level, scheduling regular maintenance to reduce urgent services. When emergency service is necessary, we arrange it for you so you’re not disturbed (unless you want to be).

Distinguished Stays maintains Workers’ Compensation, Employers’ Liability, E&O and Professional Liability insurance to give you additional peace of mind.
We provide state-of-the art digital locks to provide easy access for you and grant access to guests, maintenance and housekeeping personnel as needed. Guest access is deactivated after each stay and a log of access is recorded.
Being a good neighbor is important to protect your revenue and reputation—Plus it’s just a good thing to do! We enforce strict policies and work hard to be a good neighbor, and use the latest technology to give you peace of mind. This includes decibel-sensing devices and software that alerts us if a potential issue exists.
Keeping track of your property is easy, whether you text or call us for personal service or use our Owner Portal. Through our owner app or web login, you can access detailed booking reports, view monthly statements, make owner bookings or maintenance requests and more.
When we collect guest fees for pet rent, early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests, we don’t keep those fees—we add them to your gross rent. We also use check-in logic, which gets you paid sooner for reservations spanning multiple periods. Of course your owner funds are kept secure and separate with meticulous trust accounting.
We collect applicable taxes and pay them on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about them and know you're in compliance. We also assist in obtaining appropriate permits, registration and renewals when necessary.
