We are thrilled to introduce our newest property located just minutes from the beach in Galveston, TX.

Located a short 5 minute walk to Seawall Boulevard beach access with restaurants, bars and shopping nearby, these well-appointed homes offer privacy when you need it and closeness when you want it. Across from Menard Park’s tennis courts, basketball and picnic areas, these villas with their combined 2,300 square feet have practically everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery. 

This property is perfect for family getaways, couples trips, and the occasional but much needed staycation.

Why did we choose Galveston?

They say everything is bigger in Texas and in the nineteenth century, everything in Texas was done first in Galveston. This historic island was incorporated in 1839 & quickly became the most active port west of New Orleans. This exciting and cultured city was home to Texas’s first hospital, post office, and first opera house. 

In the 1900s this flourishing town was hit by one of the biggest natural disasters the country has ever experienced. For years this great city struggled, but the people of Galveston never lost hope. A dedicated team of locals raised the entire level of the city by eight feet, 17 feet at the seawall, slanting the ground so water would run off into the bay. 

Fast forward to the early 80’s,  Galveston was rebuilt and reborn. The first area to be refreshed was the Historic Downtown district, which contains one of the largest and most well-preserved concentrations of Victorian iron-front commercial architecture in the country. 

City leaders next restored the Mardi Gras celebration by commissioning a wide variety of the world’s best architects to design wondrous Mardi Gras arches to span the streets of The Strand District. 

Nowadays, more than half a million people adventure to Galveston for the city’s annual Mardi Gras celebration.

Galveston has unforgettable adventures for everyone! 

• Walk through the town’s rich history by visiting one of the world class museums. 
• Experience the magic of Moody Gardens which features the Aquarium Pyramid, Rainforest Pyramid, 3D and 4D theaters, the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat, and for a thrill, a ropes course & zip line.

Cleanliness and sanitation
Your home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before you arrive. Our housekeeping team has implemented new protocols issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). The protocols include using approved disinfectants with focus on cleaning high-traffic surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, counter tops, and cabinet handles. All linens are freshly laundered in high temperatures and fresh for your arrival. Plus, we stock the home with cleaning products for your use.

• Dedicated cleaning schedules: We allow sufficient time between departure and arrival of guests so our housekeeping teams have enough time to thoroughly clean and restock necessities, including the bathrooms and bedrooms with fresh linens and freshly made beds.
• Contactless check-in and out: Units are self-check-in and check-out with a keyless entry code. Perfect for staying distanced, and even more perfect for introverts! (You know who you are.) Detailed directions are provided, as well as contact information in case you need assistance.
• Personalized service over call or text message: We are always available and are here to answer your questions and be of service should the need arise.
